If Paris is the capital of fashion, then London is the capital of hats (I mean, you just need to have a look at any Royal Family’s portrait to know that I am right ).
This might be the reason why Myriam Lengline – french born and London based milliner – is such a talented and imaginative hatter. For a while she worked for an eyewear designer in France, then she moved to London where she fell in love with millinery during an exhibition curated by the great Stephen Jones at the V & A Museum. She then took a course on millinery at Kensington and Chelsea College.
She graduated with an amazing collection called “Kings of the wild frontier” inspired by native americans with a gothic twist. Take a look at her website, she’s definitely someone to watch out for in the fashion world.
